Savory Worm Salad

1.Wash and clean the worms thoroughly.

2.Boil the worms in salted water for 5 minutes until they are cooked through.

3.Remove the cooked worms from the water and let them cool.

4.In a large bowl, combine the cooked worms, sperms, sand, and ball hairs.

5.Add mayonnaise to the bowl and mix well to coat all the ingredients.

6.Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
