Pork Steak with Potatoes

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.Season the pork steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

3.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.

4.Transfer the pork steaks to a baking dish and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

5.Meanwhile, melt the butter in a separate skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

6.Add the potato wedges to the skillet and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.

7.In a small saucepan, combine the chicken broth, Dijon mustard, and honey. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring until heated through.

8.Serve the pork steaks with the crispy potatoes and drizzle with the sauce.
