Chocolate Mousse Layer In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Chocolate Mousse Layer Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until fully incorporated. Set aside.

Assembly To assemble the parfait, start by adding a layer of cake crumble to the bottom of two serving glasses or bowls.

Assembly Next, add a layer of macerated strawberries followed by a layer of vanilla yogurt.

Assembly Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a dollop of chocolate mousse on top.

Assembly Garnish with additional sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of cake crumble.
