Preparation of the Dough In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt.

Preparation of the Filling In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, minced garlic, chopped onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ground black pepper.

5.Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

6.Add the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and chopped green onions to the bowl. Mix again until everything is well combined.

Preparation of the Sauce In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Assembly On a lightly floured surface, roll out the chilled dough into a thin sheet.

9.Use a round cookie cutter or a glass to cut out circles from the dough. Place a spoonful of the filling onto each circle.

10.Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Press the edges together to seal the dumplings.

11.Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.

Cooking Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil and place the dumplings in the skillet, flat side down.

13.Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.

14.Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and cover with a lid. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

Serving Serve the dumplings hot with the sauce on the side.
