Творог Pancakes with Сметана and Мëд

Prepare the Pancake Batter In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the творог, eggs, and sugar until well combined.

Continue Mixing Add the milk to the bowl and whisk until the mixture is smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Cook the Pancakes Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Brush the surface with vegetable oil.

Flip and Cook Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to look set, then flip and cook for an additional minute or two.

Continue Cooking Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve and Enjoy Serve the pancakes with сметана (sour cream) and drizzle with мëд (honey). Enjoy!
