Sausage Bread Casserole

Preheat Oven Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook Sausages In a large skillet, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Toast Bread In the same skillet, add the bread slices and cook until toasted on both sides.

Layer Bread Grease a baking dish and arrange half of the toasted bread slices in a single layer.

Add Sausages Place the cooked sausages on top of the bread slices.

Add Cheese Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the sausages.

Repeat Layers Repeat the layers with the remaining bread slices, sausages, and cheese.

Prepare Egg Mixture In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sour cream until well combined. Pour the mixture over the casserole.

Add Bread Crumbs In a small bowl, combine the bread slices and melted butter to make bread crumbs. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the casserole.

Bake Casserole Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is golden and the eggs are set.

Serve Casserole Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
