Sausage and Cabbage Stew

Preparation In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

2.Add the onions and garlic to the pot and cook until they are soft and translucent.

3.Add the sausages to the pot and brown them on all sides.

4.Add the shredded cabbage and diced potatoes to the pot. Stir well to combine.

5.Pour in the milk and bring the mixture to a simmer. Let it cook for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

6.Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
