Christmas Beef Patty Burger

Preparation of Beef Patty In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and parsley. Mix well.

Forming the Patties Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

Cooking the Patties Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Toasting the Buns Toast the burger buns.

Burger Assembly Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a lettuce leaf, beef patty, cheddar cheese, tomato slice, and red onion slice.

Finishing Touches Spread ketchup and mustard on the top half of each bun. Place the top of the bun on the assembled burger.
