Makaroni Po-Flotski

1.Cook the macaroni (300 g) according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large pan, cook the bacon (150 g) over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon (150 g) from the pan and drain on paper towels. Set aside.

3.In the same pan, add the chopped onion (1 large) and minced garlic (2 cloves). Cook until the onion (1 large) is soft and translucent.

4.Add the cooked bacon (150 g) back to the pan with the onions and garlic (2 cloves). Stir to combine.

5.Reduce the heat to low and add the sour cream (1 cup) to the pan. Stir to coat the bacon (150 g) and onions evenly.

6.Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

7.Serve the Macaroni (300 g) Po-Flotski hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
