Honey Wine without Water

1.In a saucepan, heat the red wine over medium heat.

2.Add the honey, cinnamon stick, cloves, and orange peel to the saucepan.

3.Stir the mixture until the honey is dissolved.

4.Simmer the mixture for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5.Remove from heat and let it cool.

6.Once cooled, strain the mixture to remove the cinnamon stick, cloves, and orange peel.

7.Pour the honey wine into bottles and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
