Tomato Pasta Scramble

Cook the Pasta Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Tomato Sauce In a small bowl, combine the tomato paste, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Scramble the Eggs In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked to your preference. Season with salt.

Toast the Bread Preheat a grill or toaster. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper on top. Toast the bread until golden brown.

Assemble the Dish In the same skillet used for the eggs, add the cooked pasta and tomato sauce. Stir well to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve the pasta topped with scrambled eggs and the toasted garlic bread on the side.
