Creamy Chicken Scramble

Step 1 Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

Step 2 Add the raw chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.

Step 3 Remove the chicken from the skillet and shred it into small pieces.

Step 4 In the same skillet, add the diced tomato and grated carrot. Cook until softened.

Step 5 In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and lemon juice together.

Step 6 Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are set, stirring occasionally.

Step 7 Add the shredded chicken and grated Lamber cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are well combined.
