Shrimp Tacos

Marinate the Shrimp In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the shrimp.

Cook the Shrimp Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

Prepare the Taco Sauce In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, chipotle hot sauce, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Warm the Tortillas Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.

Assemble the Tacos To assemble the tacos, spread a spoonful of the taco sauce on each tortilla. Top with cooked shrimp, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fillings.

Serve and Enjoy! Serve the shrimp tacos with additional taco sauce and lime wedges on the side.
