Chicken and Mushroom Puff Pastry

Preparation Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

6.Place the puff pastry sheet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

7.Spread the chicken and mushroom filling evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.

8.Top with pineapple chunks and sliced cucumbers.

9.Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the filling, creating a border.

10.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.

11.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

12.Serve hot with chips on the side.
