Lobster Preparation Start by preparing the lobsters. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Preparing the Potatoes Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.

6.Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Preparing the Asparagus For the asparagus, trim the ends and peel the lower stalks if needed.

8.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.

9.Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Sauce Preparation To make the sauce, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet relish, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a small bowl. Mix well.

Plating Serve the cooked lobsters with the mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a side of sauce. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobster meat for extra flavor.
