Sausage Pancakes

Prepare the Pancake Batter In a mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, egg, baking powder, salt, and vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth.

Cook the Pancakes Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet and spread it into a round shape.

Add the Sausage Filling Place a sausage in the center of each pancake. Top with a spoonful of chopped onion.

Finish Cooking the Pancakes Fold the sides of the pancake over the sausage filling, sealing it inside. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on each side until the pancake is golden and crispy.

Make More Pancakes Repeat with the remaining batter and sausages.
