Meat and Vegetable Stew

Heat the Pot In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.

Saute the Onions and Bell Peppers Add the onions and bell peppers to the pot and cook until softened.

Brown the Meat Add the meat to the pot and cook until browned.

Add the Vegetables Add the carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, and cabbage to the pot.

Season the Stew Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices.

Simmer the Stew Cover the pot and simmer for 1-2 hours, or until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
