Wagyu and Lobster with Beluga's Caviar and White Truffle

Preparation of Wagyu Beef Start by preparing the wagyu beef. Season it with salt and pepper on both sides.

Searing the Wagyu Beef Heat a frying pan over high heat and sear the wagyu beef for about 1 minute on each side. Set aside.

Cooking the Lobster Next, prepare the lobster. Boil a pot of water and add a pinch of salt. Cook the lobster for about 8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from the water and let it cool.

Preparing the Lobster Meat Once the lobster is cool, carefully remove the meat from the shell and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Slicing the White Truffle Thinly slice the white truffle and set aside.

Melting the Foie Gras In a small saucepan, melt the foie gras over low heat until it becomes a smooth paste. Set aside.

Assembling the Dish Now it's time to assemble the dish. Place a slice of wagyu beef on a plate, followed by a layer of lobster meat. Spoon a small amount of melted foie gras on top.

Garnishing the Dish Garnish with a sprinkle of saffron and a few slices of white truffle. Finally, add a spoonful of beluga's caviar on top.
