Marinated Mackerel

1.In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2.Place mackerel fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fillets are fully coated. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more intense flavor.

3.Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove mackerel fillets from the marinade, shaking off any excess marinade.

4.Grill the mackerel fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

5.Transfer the grilled mackerel fillets to a serving platter and garnish with lime wedges and fresh cilantro leaves.

6.Serve hot and enjoy!
