1.In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

2.Add the black tea bags to the boiling water and let steep for 3-5 minutes.

3.Meanwhile, prepare the spice mixture by combining the cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, cloves, and grated ginger in a small bowl.

4.After the tea has steeped, remove the tea bags and add the spice mixture to the saucepan.

5.Simmer the tea and spice mixture over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6.Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the tea into individual serving cups.

7.Stir 1 teaspoon of honey into each serving cup to sweeten the tea.

8.Garnish each cup with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint.

9.Serve hot and enjoy!
