Meth Nachos

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

3.Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapenos to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

4.In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

5.Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Cook until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly.

6.Add the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to the saucepan. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

7.Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Top with a layer of the beef and bean mixture, followed by a layer of shredded cheese.

8.Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a final layer of cheese.

9.Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

10.Remove from the oven and garnish with sour cream, guacamole, sliced black olives, and chopped green onions.

11.Serve immediately and enjoy!
