1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2.Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.

3.In a large ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

4.In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant.

5.Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth, then stir in heavy cream. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

6.Return the chicken to the skillet and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through.

7.Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
