Lemon Curd and Cheese Sandwich

1.Take two slices of bread and spread lemon curd generously on one side of each slice.

2.Layer one slice of Swiss cheese on top of the lemon curd on each slice of bread.

3.Place the ham slices on top of the cheese on one of the slices.

4.Carefully assemble the sandwich by joining the two slices of bread together, lemon curd and cheese side inwards.

5.Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter in the pan.

6.Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, flipping halfway through to ensure both sides are golden brown.

7.Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing the sandwich in half diagonally.

8.Serve hot and enjoy the unique blend of tangy lemon curd, melted cheese, and savory ham in every bite!
