Pink Meatloaf

For the Meatloaf

1.1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

2.2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3.3. Transfer the meatloaf mixture into the greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.

4.4. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through.

For the Pink Swirl

1.1. In a small bowl, combine the pureed beets, sour cream, and honey until smooth.

2.2. Once the meatloaf is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

3.3. Carefully slice the meatloaf and serve with a dollop of the pink beet swirl on top.
