Pineapple Cheesecake

1.Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

3.In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

4.Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream, pineapple juice, drained crushed pineapple, and flour until smooth.

5.Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the center is almost set.

7.Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.

8.Remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

9.Serve chilled and enjoy the tropical flavors of the pineapple cheesecake!
