Spicy Egg Potato Sandwich

1.Boil the potatoes until they are soft, then peel and slice them.

2.In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

3.Heat a pan over medium heat and pour the beaten eggs to make an omelette.

4.Once the omelette is cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside.

5.Toast the bread slices until they are golden brown and crispy.

6.Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.

7.Place the omelette on one slice of bread.

8.Top the omelette with sliced potatoes.

9.Drizzle chilli sauce over the potatoes.

10.Cover with another slice of bread to make a sandwich.

11.Repeat the process for the second sandwich.

12.Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
