Spicy Grilled Chicken Delight

1.In a bowl, combine the salt, pepper powder, and chili powder to create a spice mix.

2.Add the oil to the spice mix and stir until well combined to form a marinade.

3.Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.

4.Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors.

5.Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

6.Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.

7.Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

8.Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach 165°F (75°C).

9.Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
