Creamy Paneer Masala Delight

1.Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

2.Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

3.Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until the raw smell disappears.

4.Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil starts to separate from the mixture, about 5-7 minutes.

5.Mix in the coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes to blend the spices.

6.Add the cubed paneer to the pan and gently mix to coat the paneer with the masala.

7.Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat, allowing the flavors to meld together.

8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
