Decadent Milk Chocolate Crepes with Sweetened Condensed Milk Sauce

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together until well mixed.

2.In another bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the milk and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

3.Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Stir in the melted butter until the batter is smooth. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

4.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.

5.Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, swirling it around to create a thin, even layer. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is set. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1 minute on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate as you go.

6.For the sweetened condensed milk sauce, in a small saucepan over low heat, combine the finely chopped dark chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
