Authentic Chinese Diner Stir-Fry Delight

1.In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken breast with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2.Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and slightly browned. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.

3.In the same wok, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

4.Add the mixed bell peppers, broccoli florets, and snap peas to the wok. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5.Return the cooked chicken to the wok. Pour in the chicken broth and add the sesame oil and sugar. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.

6.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
