Chocolate Coconut Pear Puff Pastry Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth it out and make it slightly larger.

3.Cut the puff pastry into a rectangle or square, depending on your preference for the size of the pastries.

4.In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced pears, ground cinnamon, and sugar. Toss until the pears are evenly coated with the mixture.

5.Spread the coconut cream in the center of the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.

6.Place the pear mixture on top of the coconut cream.

7.Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the pear mixture.

8.Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the filling, creating a border. You can crimp the edges with a fork to seal them.

9.Brush the top of the pastry with the beaten egg to give it a golden color when baked.

10.Place the filled puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
