Buffalo Chicken Meatballs with Sweet Onion

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped sweet onion, bread crumbs, eggs, buffalo sauce, and creole seasoning.

3.Mix all the ingredients together until well combined, using your hands or a spatula.

4.Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

5.Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
