Delicious Fish Sandwich with Creamy Tartar Sauce

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

3.In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well combined.

4.Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

5.Dip each fish fillet first into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

6.Place the breaded fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.

7.While the fish is baking, prepare the tartar sauce by mixing the tartar sauce, lemon juice, and fresh dill in a small bowl. Set aside.

8.Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

9.To assemble the sandwiches, spread a generous amount of tartar sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
