Avery's Bedwetting Burger Delight

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

3.Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the burger patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.

4.Flip the patties and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes on the other side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

5.While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

6.Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked burger patty, sliced tomatoes, pickles, and any additional toppings you desire.

7.Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
