Exotic Strawberry Red Raspberry Dragon Fruit Lemonade

1.In a blender, combine the strawberries, red raspberries, and dragon fruit. Blend until smooth.

2.Strain the blended fruit mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.

3.Add the fresh lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

4.Pour in the cold water and stir well to combine all the ingredients.

5.Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.

6.Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

7.To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled lemonade over the ice.

8.Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint before serving.
