Electric Pikachu Stew

1.Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

2.Add the beef stew meat to the pot and brown on all sides. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

3.Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

4.In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

5.Return the beef to the pot and add the beef broth, water, and tomato paste. Stir well to combine.

6.Add the potatoes, carrots, celery, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf to the pot.

7.Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

8.Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.

9.Simmer the stew for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.

10.Add the frozen peas and corn kernels to the pot and stir to combine.

11.Continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes to heat the peas and corn.

12.Remove the bay leaf before serving.

13.Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
