Creamy Paneer Tikka Masala

1.In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade.

2.Add the cubed paneer to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

3.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are golden brown.

4.Stir in the pureed tomatoes and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.

5.Add the marinated paneer to the pan, gently folding it into the sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.

6.Pour in the heavy cream and stir well to combine. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes, adjusting salt to taste.

7.Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
