Chocolate Hazelnut Whipped Cream Parfait

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip the mixture using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.

2.In a separate bowl, mix the Nutella with the double cream until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

3.Melt the chocolate bar in a microwave or double boiler until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly before using.

4.In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, honey, and milk until well combined. Gradually add the self-rising flour and salt, mixing until smooth and lump-free.

5.In a parfait glass or dessert cup, start layering the ingredients. Begin with a layer of the Nutella mixture, followed by a layer of whipped cream, then a layer of melted chocolate. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with a generous dollop of whipped cream on top.

6.Drizzle some melted chocolate over the top and garnish with crushed hazelnuts or chocolate shavings if desired.

7.Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
