Creamy Cheese and Condensed Milk Pudding

1.In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed milk, milk, and cream cheese. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

2.In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the water to this mixture, stirring until the cornstarch is fully dissolved and there are no lumps.

3.Pour the cornstarch mixture into the saucepan with the milk and cheese mixture. Stir continuously over medium heat until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble, about 5-7 minutes.

4.Once thickened, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

5.Pour the pudding into individual serving cups or a large bowl. Allow it to cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours to set.

6.Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh fruit or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
