Spicy Peri-Peri Maggi with Creamy Cheese Sauce

1.Boil 4 cups of water in a kettle.

2.Once the water is boiling, add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker sachet that comes with the noodles. Cook for 2 minutes until the noodles are soft.

3.In a separate bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove.

4.Add the milk to the melted butter and stir well to combine.

5.Gradually add the shredded cheese to the butter and milk mixture, stirring continuously until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy.

6.Add the peri-peri mix, turmeric powder, red chili powder, oregano, and salt to the cheese sauce. Mix well to combine all the spices evenly into the sauce.

7.Once the noodles are cooked, drain any excess water if necessary, and add the creamy cheese sauce to the noodles. Stir well to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.

8.Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese or a sprinkle of oregano if desired.
