Masala Shrimp Scampi (Chutney Life)

1.In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with cumin, chili powder, and salt. Set aside.

2.Heat a large pot or wok over medium-high heat and add the oil. Once hot, add the red and green peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3.Add tomato paste and garlic, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

4.Add the coriander, garam masala, tandoori masala, Old Bay seasoning, and turmeric. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

5.Add butter to the pan. Once melted, add the shrimp and gently stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

6.Add wine and cook for 1 minute to reduce slightly.

7.Add broth, turn heat down to low, cover the pot, and cook for another 2 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

8.Turn off the heat, stir in lemon juice and parsley. Taste for salt and adjust as needed.

9.Serve immediately.
