Creamy Garlic Egg Noodle Pasta

1.Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt and the egg noodles, cooking according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 7-9 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

2.In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden, being careful not to burn it.

3.Reduce the heat to low and add the softened cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until it melts and combines with the garlic, creating a smooth sauce.

4.Stir in the chicken bouillon seasoning and Italian seasoning, mixing well to incorporate all the flavors. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add some reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.

5.Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet, tossing them in the creamy garlic sauce until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
