Stuffed Crust BBQ Chicken Pizza

8.Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.

9.Spread the remaining 1/3 cup barbecue sauce evenly over the pizza base, avoiding the stuffed crust area.

10.Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, smoked gouda, and sharp cheddar cheese evenly over the sauce.

11.Distribute the barbecue chicken mixture evenly over the cheese layer.

12.Top with the caramelized onions, spreading them evenly.

13.Using a pizza peel or the back of a baking sheet, transfer the pizza on the parchment paper onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven.

14.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown, the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned, and the stuffed crust cheese is melted and oozing.

15.Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
