Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Pasta Bake

1.Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.

2.In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

3.Stir in the marinara sauce, heavy cream, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

4.In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cooked chicken, and the creamy tomato sauce. Mix well to coat evenly.

5.Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased, air fryer-safe baking dish (about 7-inch round or similar size).

6.Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the top.

7.In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the cheese layer for a crispy topping.

8.Place the baking dish in the preheated air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 15-18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the topping is golden brown.

9.Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

10.Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
