Vodka-Spiked Cheese Toast

Cheese Spread In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese, vodka, mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Toast Preheat the broiler. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil on both sides.

Toast Broil the bread slices until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.

Assembly Spread the vodka-infused cheese mixture on each toasted bread slice.
