Strawberry and Basil Mojito

Mojito Base In a cocktail shaker, muddle the basil leaves with the sugar and lime juice until the basil is fragrant.

Mojito Base Add the rum to the shaker and fill it with ice. Shake well to combine.

Strawberry Mixture In a separate bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and sugar. Let it sit for a few minutes to macerate.

To Serve In serving glasses, place some crushed ice and a few slices of macerated strawberries.

To Serve Divide the muddled mojito base between the glasses and top with club soda.

To Serve Garnish with fresh basil leaves, whole strawberries, and lime slices. Stir gently before serving.
