Cioccolata Calda

1.Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and set aside.

2.In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to steam.

3.Add the chopped dark chocolate to the saucepan and whisk until it is completely melted and well combined with the milk.

4.Stir in the sugar and continue to whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

5.Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the cioccolata calda into mugs.

6.If desired, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

7.Serve hot and enjoy!
