Honey Glazed Chicken Hearts

1.In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and ground black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

2.Add the chicken hearts to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

3.In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken hearts and sprinkle with salt. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.

4.Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by combining honey, soy sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl. Mix well.

5.Once the chicken hearts are cooked, pour the glaze over them in the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken hearts evenly with the glaze. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the glaze thickens and coats the chicken hearts.

6.Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the honey glazed chicken hearts to a serving plate.

7.Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve with lime wedges on the side.
