Cheesy Beef and Potato Bake

Marinating the Beef 1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, and black pepper. Add the beef steak strips and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Caramelized Onion and Banana Mix 1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onion and cook until caramelized. Add the sliced banana and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

Roasting the Potatoes 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a baking dish, arrange the thinly sliced potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Assembling the Bake 1. Layer the marinated beef strips over the roasted potatoes. Top with the broccoli florets, followed by the caramelized onion and banana mix. Spread the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Baking the Dish 1. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
