Easy Cake in the Bread Maker

1.Start by sifting the all-purpose flour and baking powder together into a large mixing bowl. Add the pinch of salt and set aside.

2.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs lightly, then add the granulated sugar, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until well combined.

3.Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously until the batter is smooth and without lumps.

4.Carefully pour the batter into the bread maker's baking pan. Ensure the pan is properly inserted into the bread maker.

5.Select the 'Cake' setting on your bread maker, if available. If not, select a setting with a similar baking time and temperature.

6.Start the bread maker and let it run through the selected program. This will usually take about 40 to 45 minutes.

7.Once the program finishes, carefully remove the baking pan from the bread maker. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

8.Serve as is, or decorate with your favorite frosting or fruit toppings for extra flavor and presentation.
